- Pumpkin Spiced Tea blend-
- Mix the following dried powders:
- 1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp. Ginger
- 1/2 tsp each: Allspice, Cardamom, Nutmeg, and Clove
- Use 1/2 tsp of the mix in your Black or Rooibos tea and steep as usual.
- Or, warm 2 tsp. of the mix in 1/2 cup of creamer or whipping cream and let steep for 20 minutes. Then use this cream in your tea or coffee. Steam/froth the cream if desired. Sweeten as desired. (Keep extra cream in the refrigerator for use later.)

Your sock blank cowl is beautiful. When I Kitchener, I say knit off, purl on, purl off, knit on. This keeps me straight. Also, thanks for the pumpkin spice recipe, I have all the ingredients, so I’ll have to make some to try in my coffee.
