  • Tea Recipe
    • Apple Cider Donut Tea for those of us who can’t get to Rhinebeck/NY Sheep and Wool Festival
      • 30g – Black, Green, or Rooibos tea
      • 15g – Apple Pieces (dried)
      • 15g – Cinnamon Bark/chips
      • 10g – Elderberries
      • 10g – Hibiscus
      • 6g – Nutmeg (freshly ground)
      • 6g – Vanilla seeds/pod
    • Mix ingredients together and store in an air tight container.  Use 2 tsp. in 1 cup of boiled water.  Steep for 6-8 minutes.  Strain out herbs.  Add cream and sweetener of choice.  Enjoy!
